Diagnostic form
When you send the form, we receive: your sector, whether your clients pay late, your team size, your first name, your company, your city, your phone number or email, and your message. These data are used only to reply to your diagnostic request.
The form is processed by a function hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., then forwarded by email to contact@noetechgrowth.com. These data are not sold or shared for advertising.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted 12 months after the last exchange. Client data are kept for as long as the engagement lasts, then for the period required by accounting obligations.
Audience measurement
The site measures visits and a few actions (clicks on the main button, form sent, WhatsApp or email clicks, use of the calculator, quiz completed, template copied) without cookies and without identifying you. No advertising or social-network tracker is used.
Tools
The calculator and the contract test run in your browser. What you type is not sent. The calculator’s result is kept in your browser for the current session only, to pre-fill the form message.
WhatsApp and email
If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, those services’ own privacy rules also apply.
