The diagnostic is a free 45-minute conversation, on WhatsApp, by phone or in person. We look at how long your clients actually take to pay and at one contract you use. You leave with an estimate, in FCFA, of what late payments cost your company each month.
The 45 minutes, in order

- 25–35 minA read-through of your standard contract.

Nothing is mandatory: we can start from what you have.

Tell me your sector, whether your clients pay late, and the size of your team. I reply within the day, wherever you are in Cameroon.
And afterwards?
If the figures justify it, I suggest the first paid step, the Cash & Contracts Audit (50,000 FCFA). If they don’t, I tell you so. You are under no obligation.

What happens during the diagnostic?
We look at your clients’ payment times and one standard contract. You leave with an estimate of what late payment costs you each month.
I work with purchase orders and WhatsApp agreements, no contract.
That’s a starting point. A signed purchase order and payment terms written on the quote and the invoice already cover the essentials. We start from your current documents.
Do I need to buy software?
No. Tracking fits in Excel, and reminders go out through WhatsApp and email, tools your team already uses.
